DAY 1: MASHHAD > GONABAD

Journeying from Mashhad to Gonabad unveils a tapestry of historical gems and natural beauty spanning 510 kilometers. Departing from the bustling city of Mashhad, our adventure begins with a visit to the ancient Sangbast Caravanserai, a testament to Seljuk architectural brilliance. As we traverse contrasting landscapes, we encounter the tranquil waters of the Fariman Historical Dam, steeped in Timurid history. Our spiritual exploration leads us to the Torbat-e Jam, home to the mausoleum of Sufi mystic Sheikh Ahmad Jami, adorned with intricate calligraphy and tilework. Amidst the remnants of the past, the towering Karaat Tower stands as a reminder of the Seljuk Era’s trade routes. Delving into ingenuity, we marvel at the Nashtifan Windmills, ancient structures harnessing the wind’s power. Finally, a brief pause at the Malek Zouzan Mosque offers a glimpse into the Khwarezmian Empire’s legacy before continuing the journey to Gonabad.  

DAY 2: GONABAD > BIRJAND

Begin your adventure within the sacred walls of the Jameh Mosque, a stunning example of double Iwan architecture dating back to the Khawrazmian era. Delve into the depths of history at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Qasabeh Qanat, marveling at the ingenious water management system that has sustained life in Iran’s arid regions for centuries. Leaving Gonabad, on a picturesque journey to Birjand through plains renowned for saffron and Barberry production, offering a glimpse into Iran’s agricultural bounty. DAY 3: BIRJAND > TABAS

In Birjand, explore the towering Kolah Farangi Citadel and the ancient Birjand Castle, steeped in Safavid history. Wander through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Akbariyeh Garden, a testament to Persian garden design. After visiting Birjand, embark on a journey from Birjand to Tabas, spanning 295 kilometers. whereAs we set forth towards Tabas, discover hidden gems along the way. DAY 4: TABAS > KERMAN

After visiting Tabas, embark on a captivating journey to the bustling city of Kerman, spanning 520 kilometers. DAY 5: KERMAN > SHAHDAD

Marvel at their otherworldly beauty against the desert landscape, some resembling giant mushrooms or cityscapes. After venturing into the desert, Embark on a captivating journey from Shahdad to Bam, spanning 190 kilometers. Find solace in the verdant embrace of Mahan, boasting two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. DAY 7: BAM > BANDAR ABBAS

Delve into its imposing walls and intricate architecture, witnessing centuries of history unfold. Embarking on a journey spanning 410 kilometers  to Bandar Abbas, stop in Jiroft to explore the mysteries of the past at the Jiroft Archaeology Museum. Marvel at artefacts from the Early Bronze Age, shedding light on a previously unknown chapter in human history. Before reaching the final destination, visit the historical Manujan Castle, a timeless sentinel dating back to the Sassanid era, with walls that whisper tales of empires rising and falling. As the day ends, anticipate new adventures in Bandar Abbas and the Persian Gulf.
