Responsibility :
The airlines, and the operators of these vacation packages, issue tickets and coupons covering transportation, hotel accommodations and other services and facilities only as agents for such other companies as furnish such services and facilities, and neither they nor their subagents shall be held liable for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person, caused by reason of any defect or negligence by any other transportation company, any hotel, any agency or any other such party providing such services. The airlines and the operators reserve the right to withdraw any vacation package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary for the proper handling of said vacation packages. The airlines are not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of, or in connection with, carriage or other service or features, or otherwise, performed or occurring in connection with these vacation packages, except as the condition of contract on the passenger ticket issued in conjunction with these vacation packages provide, or in accordance with its obligation to warrant appropriate refunds under the vacation warranty contained in this web page.

Limitation Of Liability :
By booking with IranianTours.com, you acknowledge that in any event IranianTours.com will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of IranianTours.com’s liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to IranianTours.com.

All Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice : 
In the event that the service or accommodations described in this web page cannot be provided due to delays or other causes beyond the control of IranianTours.com, IranianTours.com will try, but shall not be required, to provide comparable services or accommodations.

IranianTours.com reserves the right to alter itineraries if it should become necessary or desirable. IranianTours.com also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such a case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the tour participant. The cost of these tours is based on rates (quoted by service providers and current at time of entry), tariffs and cost of services to be provided and is subject to adjustment prior to departure date.

Payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on an IranianTours.com’s package constitutes consent to all provisions, conditions and general information contained on this web site. The terms and conditions of IranianTours.com may not be altered or modified without the express written consent of a corporate officer of IranianTours.com.

All terms and conditions of IranianTours.com shall be governed by the laws of and in Iran.

Deposits and Payments :
 Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of requested deposit which is based on the package you select.

· Final payment — Final payment is due in our office 35 days prior to departure.

· Late bookings — Late bookings are accepted up to the day of departure if permitted subject only to space availability.

· Electronic Documents — Documents will normally be issued 15 days after final payment and will be sent to you by email.

· Prices Guarantee – IranianTours.com guarantees prices upon receipt of full payment. We therefore recommend you pay in full as soon as possible to guarantee the price. Prior to our receipt of full payment prices may be increased without notice. IranianTours.com also reserves the right to increase prices due to errors or misprints and also major price increases in air tickets, accommodation and other services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fee is applicable based on when we receive your cancellation request (see below). The remainder will be refunded in within 15 working days.

Cancellation fee based on time of cancellation :

– 21 days before departure – The initial deposit mentioned in tour booking confirmation
– 21-15 days before departure – 30% of the tour price.
– 14-8 days before departure- 50% of the tour price.
– Less than 7 days departure – 100% of the tour price

Visa Applications

Application Fee Responsibility: The applicant is obligated to pay the application fee upon submission of the application.

Visa Processing Requirements and Fees: Please be aware that requirements and fees associated with visa processing by consulates are subject to change without prior notice. These changes may include alterations in Embassy consular fees, processing procedures, application forms, and necessary documentation for visa issuance. IranianTours.com shall not be held accountable for such modifications or for any losses or delays resulting from these changes.

Verification and Validity: Upon receiving the visa authorization code from IranianTours.com, it is imperative to promptly verify it with the consulate. Ensure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months upon entering Iran. Visa collection from the Iranian consulate must occur within 3 months from the date of issue, and entry into Iran must take place within the 3-month validity period. Correspondence, including the release of the visa authorization code, is typically communicated via email. IranianTours.com cannot be held responsible for losses or delays caused by technical email delivery issues. Clients are advised to check their email server’s spam filter settings to prevent our emails from being filtered as spam inadvertently.

Limitation of Liability: IranianTours.com’s liability is strictly limited to the following regardless of the circumstances:

  1. IranianTours.com shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or expenses arising from any cause or fault, including but not limited to travel interruption, changes in travel, or prevention or limitation of travel. This liability is limited to the IranianTours.com processing fees paid by the customer for visa processing.
  2. IranianTours.com is not responsible for losses or delays caused by uncontrollable events, such as acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).
  3. IranianTours.com is not accountable for the actions or inactions of the Foreign Ministry, Embassy, Consular, or related officials and personnel. This includes cases where revised or additional documentation is requested, or travel documents are denied without specifying the reason.
  4. Processing times for visas and passports provided by IranianTours.com are approximations and are not guaranteed. Requirements for visas and related information are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide current and complete information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information supplied.

Refund Policy:

  • Once applications are received, IranianTours.com will process requested services. No refunds will be issued for canceled requests or unsuccessful applications. This policy applies to all visa applications and consulate change requests.
  • American applicants requiring guide and travel bookings as part of the visa application procedure are subject to a minimum 15% cancellation fee after payment of the invoice for travel bookings. Additional cancellation fees for hotels, flight tickets, guides, etc., will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Visa Restrictions: Occasionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may impose restrictions on the issuance of visas to certain nationalities. Please refer to our Restrictions Page for updates on these restrictions. Applicants are expected to be aware of any restrictions that apply to their nationality.
