Updates on restrictions placed on travel to/from Iran due to Covid-19 (Novel coronavirus) outbreak

There are currently some travel restrictions placed for control of Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak in Iran.
The following countries have currently placed restrictions on travel to/from Iran :
Azerbaijan, India, Turkey, Iraq, Kuwait, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar
These Airlines have cancelled some or all of their Iran flights :
Turkish Airlines, Emirates, FlyDubai, Kuwaiti Airlines, AirArabia, Iraqi Airline, SalamAir, Oman Air, Armenia Airways, Qatar Airways, Buta Airways
The following announcements were issued so far (as of 12:00, 29 Feb.):

IranAir
Iranian passengers need to present completed health evaluation form on entry to European destinations and Beirut. The form will be handed at check-in counters and shall be completed by passengers.

Buta Airways
Iranian passengers are not allowed on Tehran-Baku flights of Buta Airways until further notice.

UAE
Permission for returning Iranian stranded passengers in Dubai is issued by UAE.

Mahan Air (Dubai flights)
The following Dubai-Tehran flights are confirmed so far on MahanAir:
W5063 Fri. 28 Feb. 16:00
W5066 Fri. 28 Feb. 23:00
Departures are from Al Maktoum International Airport.<br>

Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways suspends all flights to/from Mashad, Shiraz and Isfahan till 14 Mar. 2020. Flight to/from Tehran are also reduced to 7 per week from the current 20 weekly flights.

Armenia Airways
With the order of the Armenian government, the following restrictions are imposed on Yerevan-Tehran-Yerevan flights :
- 26 & 28 Feb. : Only Armenian nationals (blue passport) are allowed on Tehran-Yerevan flights. Only Iranian nationals are allowed on Yerevan-Tehran flights
- 1-10 Mar. : All flights are cancelled.

Qeshm Airlines
Two Istanbul-Tehran flights are operated on 26 Feb. All Istanbul flights will be cancelled thereafter.

Taban Airlines
There is an ad-hoc Muscat-Tehran flight scheduled for 27 Feb. 23:00 for returning Iranian nationals.

IranAir
IranAir operates all its flights to Turkey with no passenger till Friday, 28 Feb. and will return IranAir passengers back to Iran.

Mahan Air
Mahan Air operates all its flights from Turkey to Iran until further notice.

Qeshm Airlines
Qeshm Air operates all its scheduled flights from Tbilisi and Istanbul to Tehran for returning its passengers.

FlyDubai
As per the request of UAE government, all FlyDubai flights from Lar, Isfahan, Shiraz and Mashad are cancelled from 25 Feb. till further notice. Tehran-Dubai flights are still operational.

Taban Airlines
As per the request of UAE government, All AirArabia flights from Mashad, Shiraz and Lar are cancelled from 25 Feb. till further notice.

Emirates
All Emirate flights from Tehran to Dubai are cancelled from 25 Feb. till 2 Mar.

IranAir
Following the request of UAE government, all IranAir flights between Iran and Dubai are cancelled. IranAir is seeking permission for returning its passengers from Dubai asap.

Armenia Airways
Armenia Airways only allows Armenian nationals onboard Tehran-Yerevan and Iranian nationals on Yerevan-Tehran routes.

Oman
All flights between Iran and Oman are suspended from 24 Feb. till further notice.

Pakistan
All flights between Iran and Pakistan are suspended till further notice.

Tajikistan
All flights between Iran and Tajikistan are suspended till further notice. Varesh Airlines and TajikAir cancelled their flights.

Iran
Iranian Civil Aviation Organization asked all Iranian airlines to take needed actions for returning Iranian passengers.
All Iranian and foreign airlines who have cancelled their flights due to current travel restrictions have to provided a full refund for the cancelled flights and stop selling tickets on cancelled routes.

Turkish Airlines
Tukrish Airlines cancelled all flights between Iran and Turkey until end of Feb. All purchased tickets will be fully refunded and no alternative flight is provided. If the crisis is not controlled, the cancellations will be extended for another month.

Turkey
Tukrish government placed restrictions on entry of Iranian passengers.

Georgia
Georgian government closed all air links with Iran and entry of Iranian passangers.

Turkmenistan
Turkmen government closed land borders with Iran.

Kuwait
Kuwaiti government closed air links with Iran.

Iraq
Iraqi government closed borders and air links with Iran.
